Occupational Therapist
Sam is licensed through the Montana Board of Occupational Therapy and the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Montana State University, Bozeman in 2017, and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in 2021.
Sam brings experience across various settings including outpatient pediatrics, schools, and adult inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. She has worked with a diverse range of diagnoses and holds a particular interest in primitive reflex integration. Her approach centers on enhancing the quality of life for children and families by establishing a strong foundation for health and development. Sam is committed to professional growth and regularly participates in continuing education to ensure the highest standard of care for her patients.
Outside of her clinical work, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs, pursuing outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, fly fishing, and skiing.
