Rates and Payment

At PEAK Therapy, we believe families should have clear, upfront information about the cost of therapy.

Initial Occupational Therapy Evaluation

$200 | 60-90 minutes

Includes a comprehensive evaluation tailored to your child’s needs, which may include assessment of sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, coordination, emotional and behavioral regulation, functional participation, and primitive reflexes.

Following the evaluation, we will discuss findings, recommendations, and individualized goals for your child.

Occupational Therapy Session

$120 | 45 minutes

$160 | 60 minutes

Individualized, one-on-one occupational therapy provided in your child’s home or community. Sessions are designed around your child’s specific goals and may include parent education, home strategies, and activities to support carryover between sessions.

Insurance & Superbills

PEAK Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.

Upon request, a superbill can be provided for families who would like to submit services to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurance coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. Families are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to determine their out-of-network occupational therapy benefits.
